劇情簡介 / Synopsis

西北話裡勺子就是傻子。
農民拉條子(陳建斌飾)只不過是拆了塊餅分給一個勺子(金世佳飾)，從此，這勺子一路像影子般跟著他，再也攆不走。 為了要找到勺子的家人，拉條子到處貼起「失物招領」，希望將勺子平安送回家。
好不容易勺子被領走了，不久，竟然又來了一批人跟拉條子要人，指控拉條子與他老婆金枝子(蔣勤勤飾)兩人密謀將把自家兄弟勺子賣了。 這下好事成壞事，救人反被說害人，拉條子不甘心被當成人口販子， 將「失物招領」換成「尋人啟事」，輪到自己開始找起傻子。世事兜兜轉，勺子這一丟一找，看遍農村大小事，但拉條子越找越不明白，誰才是真傻子？

Latiaozi was a farmer who made a living by shepherding with his wife Jinzhizi. Their only son gets imprisoned and they bribe a local big shot, Li Datou, to help release their son. Li takes the money, but there is no sight of his son. Attempting to argue with Li and get his money back, Latiaozi goes into town to find Li. Being brushed off, Latiaozi doesn’t get to see Li but meets a lost young man on the street. Out of sympathy, Latiaozi takes him home. Trying to help the young man reunite with his family turns to be the worst nightmare for Latiaozi….

導演的話 / Director’s Statement

我一直都想做導演，我在新疆和我的小夥伴們一起時，我就自己寫劇本，自己當導演，找來了簡單的器材拍過。偶然在2013年第六期《人民文學》刊物上讀到河北作家胡學文一篇中篇小說《奔跑的月光》，講一對善良的農村夫婦無奈中收留一個“傻子”後，惹來夢魘般的遭遇。最終，一件好事變成了壞事。我看完後很篤定：終於找到想要的故事了，當時就已經在腦子裡開始改編了。它沒有寫結尾，但我已經想好了電影裡的結尾。因為小說寫到電影的四分之三時就結束了，之後怎樣，那才是我最感興趣的。
從個人感情上來說，我出自農民家庭，我的外公外婆都是農民。我7歲之前都在農村生活，我對農民有特別深厚的情感。這也是為什麼我選擇這個題材。我得首先找到有價值的，值得去表現的內容，再去選擇表現它的方式。我希望我的電影言之有物。

I have always wanted to be a director. I wrote scripts and used simple equipment to shoot some footage with my pals when I was in Xinjiang. In 2013, I came across a novella “Running Moonlight,” written by renowned Chinese writer Hu Xuewen. It’s about a good-hearted peasant couple sheltering a fool and facing a series of nightmarish incidents afterwards. A good deed proves to be a misadventure. The moment I finished reading it, I was sure it’s the story that I have long searched for. However, the novella doesn’t have an ending, but what follows is what interests me most. So when I adapted it into a script, I had to come up with an ending of my own. I was born in a farmer’s family. Both of my grandparents are peasants and I spent my early childhood in a village. I’m attracted to this story because I feel particularly close to farmers. For my first feature, I wanted to find something of importance, something worth telling, and then decided how to tell it. I hope my film is rich in substance.

導演‧編劇‧主演  陳建斌 / Director, Writer, Lead Actor  CHEN Jianbin

1970年出生於新疆烏魯木齊市。畢業於中央戲劇學院表演系，並於攻讀完碩士後留校任教。2002年進入國家話劇院。曾演出〈三國〉、〈喬家大院〉、〈後宮甄嬛傳〉等熱門電視劇，亦演出《軍中樂園》飾演金門海龍士官長，獲得第51屆金馬獎最佳男配角獎。首部執導劇情長片《一個勺子》勇奪第51屆金馬獎最佳新導演與最佳男主角獎，一人獨得三項個人獎項，為當屆金馬獎最亮眼的贏家。

Actor-turned-director Chen Jianbin was born in Xinjiang and graduated with a master’s degree from the acting department of the Central Drama Academy in 1998. Having performed in numerous stage plays and high rated TV series, Chen enjoys immense popularity in Asia. Meantime, he often collaborates with internationally renowned filmmakers. For instance, he took part in Cannes regular Jia Zhangke’s 24 City and Cai Shangjun’s People Mountain People Sea, which won the Silver Lion for the Best Director at the 68th.
A Fool is his directorial debut, in which he is the scriptwriter and the leading actor as well. The film was nominated in five categories in the 51st and garnered the Best New Director Award and the Best Leading Actor Award. On the same night, Chen was also awarded as the Best Supporting Actor with his memorable performance in Paradise in Service. As a filmmaker, Chen’s versatility and limitless talent is beyond doubt.

蔣勤勤 飾 金枝子 / JIANG Qinqin as Jinzhizi

畢業於北京電影學院94級表演系，1998年畢業後到北京電影製片廠工作，被瓊瑤選中主演《蒼天有淚》，被瓊瑤贊為“輕柔似水，靈氣逼人”，並為之取藝名“水靈”。2006年憑藉電視劇《喬家大院》獲中國電視金鷹獎 最具人氣女演員和第中國電視劇飛天獎 優秀女演員獎項。

王學兵 飾 大頭哥  / WANG Xuebing as Li Datou

1971年出生於新疆烏魯木齊，畢業於中央戲劇學院表演系。2001年演出電視劇《不要和陌生人說話》成名，並榮獲“中國電視藝術雙十佳演員”獎 。2014演出電影《白日焰火》獲得柏林電影節最佳影片“金熊獎” 及《一個勺子》獲金馬獎最佳男配角提名。

金世佳 飾 勺子 / JIN Shijia as The Fool

1986年出生於上海，畢業於上海戲劇學院2005級表演系，演出多部舞臺劇。2012年起陸續演出電視劇《小時代》、《極品新娘》與《愛情公寓4》，2014年飾演電視劇《美人製造》男主角賀蘭鈞，在湖南衛視“青春星期天”劇場周播創首播最高收視紀錄。《一個勺子》為金世佳首部參與電影演出作品。
